Fourth tee box

The pin is a tiny dot directly over the right half of the first sand trap. This is a challenging hole for someone like me who normally sends it down the left side and then has a fade back the middle (or so). The question is whether I'm confident enough to attack as normal, sure that I can carry past the sand.

I was confident, but lost my fade and landed to the left of the cart path. I wound up with trees in the way and an up-hill slope. My second shot landed to the right of the fairway (tried to hit a draw and failed).
